About our operation

African Olive Concepts is a owner run business based in Johannesburg. The manufacturing of the eco beams and related eco products takes place in our factory based in Kya Sands. In addition to our manufacturing operation, we are able to provide a turn key solution for the complete build of your plannned project.

Our services include:

Upon receipt of the architectural drawings, we provide Itemised costings for the planned project.
Each costing is accompanied by a 2D and 3D building manual illustrating the placement and quantities of the eco beams as per the original drawings received.
Manufacturing and supply of eco beams and sandbags based on the bill of quantities as per the costing within your required time frame.
Arrangement for the collection of the beams and bags from the factory to your building site. In the case of delivery in the SADC regions, applicable transporation quotations will be sourced.
On site support training of your NHBRC registeres builder and his team for the erection of the eco frame and the packing of the sandbags.
Site visits to completed projects in the Gauteng area, if required.
Telephonic and back up support during the building process.

We have an in - house engineer who signs off on all our projects locally and internationally.
NHBRC registered builder and team who specialises in this building technology who will be able to provide you with itemised costs for the complete build of the structure or project.
Working closely together with the engineer and builder for the sucessful erection and completion of the building project.
